we don't ask the honoree. but they can decline if they don't want to participate. just tag someone who isn't on the list and who does currently hang out here.

The pickings are getting slimmer, though. So, if you'd like to nominate someone who's already been an honoree, check with that person first. Just sayin'....

Yeah - finding it very hard to find someone not on the list that I know of.
